And the basic rights of all men to enjoy the Gifts of nature in all situation and at all times.

In the principle of peace, unity and democracy and social justice as the basic foundation or our well-being,
In promoting international understandings a vital instruments in fostering universal solidarity,
And, in a global order which leads to the fulfillment of men.

That TRICAP is a God-given instrument on foregoing understanding, mutual trust and common endeavors among trival communities and all other communities of the national and of the world.
To all these, we commit ourselves in the sacred name of God and our ancestors to bear witness to this Creed.
- Develop leaders to serve varied socio-cultural settings;
- Pursue constantly innovative programs approaches and strategies to become globally competitive;
- Promote a culture of appreciation, support and harmony for social transformation;
- Intensify our thrust in uplifting the living conditions of the poor;
- Work closely with the Local Government Units, other Government Agencies and investors in providing opportunities, to members of Indigenous People’s communities;.
OBJECTIVES
- Provide life-shaping skills to be self-reliant; Re-establish contacts with fund providers;
- Facilitate the integration of formal and informal education to enhance skills and abilities;
- Teach the values of respect, trust, self-esteem, care and compassion to the members; Demonstrate the importance of loyalty, patience and perseverance in the achievement of the goals;
- Raising the consciousness of families and communities to address the issue of poverty; Provide a decent shelter to regain human dignity;
Services
1. Advocacy and Rights Protection
Indigenous Peoples’ rights advocacy, including representation and raising awareness of cultural identity, ancestral domain rights, and social justice issues affecting tribal communities.
Campaign for recognition and political representation, such as participation in the party-list system to push for IPs’ rights and policy attention at the national level.
2. Community Outreach & Relief Services
Annual outreach and charity programs, delivering food packs, school supplies, emergency relief, and gifts to Indigenous communities in remote or disaster-affected areas (e.g., Project KAPWA outreach across several provinces).
3. Legal Aid and Conflict Support
Legal assistance and conflict resolution support for IPs facing legal issues—such as disputes over land claims or charges related to resource-based conflicts (e.g., illegal logging cases).
4. Community Development & Linkages
Linking Indigenous communities with government agencies, NGOs, and local partners to address multi-sector issues such as livelihood, education, cultural preservation, and governance.
5. Cultural and Educational Support (Implicit)
Promotion of cultural heritage, leadership development, and life-shaping skills for tribal members.
These goals imply engagement in education support, skills training, and cultural preservation efforts, often carried out through collaborations and community programs.
